Two hungry sisters very confidently set out to prepare breakfast, but while they're doing it, they come across all sorts of obstacles, challenges, questions and mishaps. In their mission, they're helped, counselled or disturbed by different characters who interfere into their actions.
Simona Hamer, the most promising young Slovenian playwright, wrote – together with the director Ajda Valcl, who worked in our theatre for the first time – a script for a performance suitable for the youngest viewers (kindergartners and pupils of the first three grades of primary school). The performance is oriented towards researching the power of children's imagination and theatre language that can capture its magic. It's based on a dynamic, entertaining and creative stringing of events that try to follow the logic of the world in which nothing is self-understood; this is why it doesn't put the narrative story into the front, but theatre-stage action, actor’s means of expression, varied use of props and interaction with the audience.
